Matthew Study #21

Today, on this first day of 2009, we launch into chapter 3 of Matthew's gospel. We leave behind Jesus' infancy and fast forward 30 years. Matthew chooses to begin his story of the adult life of Jesus by first telling us about the adult life of John the Baptist. This remarkable man, whom Jesus said there was none greater, forms the core of our Bible study today.
